The chamber will initially be filled with compressed air, and once it reaches its full size, pressurization will begin. As the pressure increases, you may feel a sensation in your ears. To relieve the feeling of fullness and equalize the pressure, simply chew (gum or food), swallow, or yawn. During the pressurization, your mouth may feel dry, but once the chamber reaches full pressure, your salivation will return to normal. You may also notice the chamber becoming slightly warm as it pressurizes. When it reaches full pressure, the relief valves will activate to release the warmer air. Afterward, you can relax, sleep, meditate, read, watch a movie, or listen to music
